We are affiliated with Keller Williams Realty, Inc., and we rely on our affiliate to manage the website and the servers on which we receive and store information. 1. The Information We Collect

When you visit our website, we collect information about you and your browsing habits. The information we collect depends on the pages of our website you visit and what you do during your visit.

• Information We Collect Automatically. We receive some information from you automatically when you visit the Millionaire Systems website. We receive and collect the name of the domain and host from which you access the Internet; the Internet protocol (IP) address of your computer; the type of browser and software operating system you use; the date and time you access our website; and the Internet address of the website from which you linked to our site. We use this information to monitor the usage of our website. Also, when we send emails to you, we may be able to identify information about your email address, such as whether you can read emails formatted in HTML. All of the information we automatically capture provides us the ability to enhance your search and browsing experiences and to determine aggregate information about our users and their usage patterns.

• Information We Collect Using Pixel Tags or Clear GIFs. To help us understand the effectiveness of our email marketing efforts, Millionaire Agent may use "message format" and "message open" sensing technologies. Both technologies require the use of pixel tags or clear GIFs (also called web beacons). The "message format" sensing technology allows us to recognize whether you have enabled your email program to receive HTML emails. If so, this information is associated with your email address so that we can send subsequent messages to you in HTML format. The "message open" sensing technology allows us to recognize whether you have opened our email messages. We can only detect this if your have enabled your email program to receive HTML emails.
  
• Information You Actively Submit to Millionaire Systems. For most of the browsing services we provide, we neither require nor collect your "Personal Information" -- your name, email address, billing address, shipping address, phone number and credit card information. You can browse the Millionaire Systems website and take as much time as you want to view our course listings and our publications catalogue, and gather information about the Millionaire Systems community, including our Millionaire Mondays newsletter and teleconference classes, all without having to submit Personal Information.
  
  In the following instances, however, we do need for you to submit Personal Information: when you want to (i) register with our private Millionaire Systems Community site for access to polls, download materials, and other services; (ii) enroll in our Millionaire Systems Mastermind program; (iii) register for a seminar or a Millionaire Mondays teleconference; (iv) subscribe to our Millionaire Mondays email news service, (v) order The Millionaire Real Estate Agent or another publication from us, or (vi) ask us a question or submit a news story, comment or message to us.
  
  
  • Community Registration . You may register with our Millionaire Systems Community by completing our online registration form. To register, you must create a user name and password for yourself and provide us your email address, business affiliation and postal zip code. We also request that you provide your name, address and other information, but your submission of this information is entirely voluntary.
    
  • Email News Subscription . When you register with our Millionaire Systems Community, you automatically subscribe to our Millionaire Mondays newsletter. We only use your email address to send you news and information about Millionaire Agent programs and the courses, publications and other products we offer.
    
  • Completing an Order . Each time you enroll in a Millionaire Systems course or purchase a publication from us, we require that you provide us your name, email address, billing address, shipping address, and credit card information. We do not require that you set up an account with us, and we do not store the Personal Information you submit when you order a course or publication. We use industry standard e-commerce security technology to protect the Personal Information that you transmit to us.
    
  • Contacting Us. When you contact us to submit a news story or to send a comment or question to us, you must send us your name and email address. We use this information to reply or make follow-up personal contact with you.

2. How We Use and Share Personal Information

We use Personal Information to market real estate courses, publications and other educational materials to you. You can opt-out from our using your information for these purposes at any time by terminating your registration in our Millionaire Systems Community. You can terminate your registration by accessing the unsubscribe link at the bottom of any newsletter or by sending us an email request addressed to support@millionairesystems.com .

We share Personal Information that we collect as follows:

• Our Affiliate. We rely on our affiliate to process orders for publications and registrations for courses. If you sign up for a course or order a publication, our affiliate can access your Personal Information and use it to market educational products and services to you. If you express interest in a career in real estate, our affiliate may contact you to discuss opportunities suited to your background and interests.
  
  Our affiliate is contractually obligated to maintain the confidentiality and security of your Personal Information and is prohibited from selling or giving your Personal Information to any other company or organization and, if you are a real estate agent, from contacting your current employer or sponsoring broker without your express authorization.
  
• Order Fillers. We send Personal Information to third-party fulfillment services that fill orders for books, tapes and other materials you order from us, including your name and shipping address, but not your credit card information. These fulfillment services do not have the right to use your Personal Information beyond what is necessary to fill your order. They are contractually obligated to maintain the confidentiality and security of your Personal Information and are restricted from using the information in any way we do not expressly authorize.
  
• Credit Card Companies. Credit card transactions are handled by third-party financial institutions. They receive your credit card number and other Personal Information only to verify the information and process transactions.

For customers of Millionaire Systems courses, books and related materials, these communications include: order confirmations; order update notices; order problem notices; and notices regarding material changes to site policies and account management procedures.
  
• Email Communications Related to New Publications, Courses or Services. We may announce or promote the availability of new publications, courses or services by sending you an announcement or brochure via email.
  
• Newsletter Communications. We only use the contact information we collect in the Millionaire Mondays newsletter subscriber account to forward newsletters. To unsubscribe to the Millionaire Mondays newsletter you can either select the link at the bottom of any newsletter and follow the instructions, or send an email message to support@millionairesystems.com with 'unsubscribe' in the subject line.

4. Your Choices

• As discussed earlier, you can always choose not to provide information, even though we might need it to sell merchandise to you online or for you to take advantage of features of the Millionaire Systems Community, such as file downloads, story submission, polling and teleconferences.
  
• You can add or update certain information on the registration page described in the "Community Registration" section above. When you update information, we usually keep a copy of the prior version for our records.
  
• If you do not want to receive e-mail or other mail from us, please contact us at support@millionairesystems.com. 1. Protecting Your Information

The Personal Information you provide -- including your credit card information -- to establish an account with us and to make purchases from us is secured using Secure Sockets Layer (SSL) encryption technology. We use this SSL technology to prevent such information from being intercepted and read as it is transmitted over the Internet. The encrypted data goes to a secure site where your information is stored on restricted-access computers located at restricted-access sites.

2. Password Security

To further secure your Personal Information on the Millionaire Systems Community, we require that you create a user name and password when you register. We encourage you to use a password that is not easily guessed (i.e., don't use your name or street name). Keep your password secret; do not share it with anyone.

Your password will be sent to the email address under which your Millionaire Systems account is assigned.
